Float valve working principle and structure

Brief description of float valve:
The valve consists of a knuckle arm and a float and can be used to automatically control the liquid level in a cooling tower or reservoir of the system. Easy maintenance, flexible and durable, high liquid level accuracy, water level line will not be affected by pressure, close opening and closing, no water seepage.
The ball has no supporting point axis, and is supported by 2 high-pressure gate valves. It is in a fluctuating condition and is suitable for disconnecting, dispatching and changing the moving direction of substances in the pipeline. The key features of the swing valve are the high-pressure gate valve sealing design scheme, reliable inverted sealing valve seat, fire safety electrostatic induction effect, automatic pressure relief, locking equipment and other structural characteristics.
Float valve principle:
The principle of the float valve is actually not difficult. Actually, it is an ordinary shut-off valve. There is a lever at the top. One end of the lever is stabilized at a certain part of the valve, then at this distance and at another point around the perimeter a tissue that operates the valve is broken off, and a floating ball (hollow ball) is installed at the tail end of the lever.
The float has been floating in the sea. When the river level rises, so does the float. The rise of the float pushes the crankshaft to rise as well. The crankshaft is connected to the valve at the other end. When raised to a certain position, the crankshaft supports the plastic piston rod pad and turns off the water. When the water line lowers, the float also lowers and the crankshaft pushes the piston rod pads open.
The float valve controls the water supply rate according to the manipulated liquid level. The full liquid evaporator stipulates that the liquid level is maintained at a certain relative height, which is generally suitable for the expansion valve of the floating ball air conditioner. The basic working principle of the float valve is to control the opening or closing of the valve by means of the reduction and rise of the float in the float chamber which is harmed by the liquid level. The float chamber is located on one side of the liquid-filled evaporator, and the left and right equalization pipes are connected to the evaporator, so the liquid level of the two is the same relative height. When the liquid level in the evaporator is lowered, the liquid level in the float chamber is also lowered, so the float ball is lowered, the opening level of the valve is raised according to the lever, and the water supply rate is raised. The opposite is also true.
